Ingredients
  

OPTION 1

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup plant based yogurt
    • 1 cup grated cucumber
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, optional
    • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice optional
    • Salt to taste

    OPTION 2:

      Ingredients:

      • 1 can white beans- canalini or northern beans
      • 1 med sized cucumber
      • 1 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
      • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, optional
      • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice optional
      • Salt to taste

      Instructions
       

      OPTION 2:

      • Combine all the ingredients to make Tatziki sauce.

      OPTION 2:

      • Blend cooked beans and cucumber until smooth and creamy. Use water from the canned beans or plain water as required. Add finely chopped herbs and rest of the ingredients. Serve with falafel.
