Taro Root Fries

  • Taro Root – 250 Gms
  • Spices: Chilli powder garlic powder and salt


  • Add 1 cup water to IP.
  • In a steamer basket or on the trivet, steam Taro Root in IP for 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Peel Taro Root, cut into discs or wedges or like french fries.
  • Sprinkle with Spice Powder: Chili powder, salt, garlic powder, any other spices you desire.
  • Air fry for 10 mins at 400F.
