Taro Root Fries
 
 
Ingredients:
  • Taro Root – 250 Gms
  • Spices: Chilli powder, garlic powder and salt
 
 
Methods:
 
  1. Add 1 cup water to IP.
  2. In a steamer basket or on the trivet, steam Taro Root in IP for 10 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  4. Peel Taro Root, cut into discs or wedges or like french fries.
  5. Sprinkle with Spice Powder: Chili powder, salt, garlic powder, any other spices you desire.
  6. Air fry for 10 mins at 400F.
