Peanut-Lotus Root Soup

Ingredients
  

  • Noodles of your choice
  • Veggies of your choice
  • Make a Paste of fresh Thai Basil Ginger, Thai chilis, miso 2 TBS and soy sauce!

Instructions
 

  • To a pot add water, raw peanuts, lotus root edamame, corn, carrots, Napa cabbage, shredded cabbage, greens, veggies of your choice!!!
  • Add sweet potato noodles or mung noodles!
  • Add small cubes of tofu.
  • Cover and let it sit for 5 mins!!!
  • Add spice paste.

Notes

Adjust flavorings, water & serve!!!
