Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Grated Carrots
  • 3-4 Ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 Apple puréed
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (180C).
  • Add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour into a glass or ceramic baking dish.
  • Spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden on top.
  • Once cooled cut into squares.

Notes

Options:
- Flavor with cardamom instead of cinnamon.
- Purée a small clementine, alond with the apple purée.
- Flavor with juice of 1 lemon and lemon zest.
