Carrot Halwa in IP recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup water add a few tablespoons more if carrots are too dry
  • 5 C grated Carrots
  • 1/2-1 C Finely chopped dates
  • 1 C almond meal
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • ½ tsp saffron

Layer in order above. Do NOT mix.

IP setting:

  • Steam and more. (For 3Q IP:Press Steam button again to change to MORE option
  • For 6Q IP: press Adjust button)
  • Set to Venting mode
  • Time: 4 mins
  • QPR

Notes

Once done mix well and transfer to serving dish. Garnish with 2 TBS sliced almonds or pistachios.
