I have added recipes here which are our family favorites, tried and tested on kids and adults. Many of the recipes are derived from my ethnic background of being a South Indian from Karnataka. You will also find a greater emphasis on Indian food because it lends itself naturally to a well balanced Whole Foods, Plant Based Nutrition Plan. We have such a pletora of lentils, beans, legumes and grains from the Indian sub continent that you may never need to repeat a dish all through the year! I will be adding dishes from all the other world cusines as well. Many indigenous foods are highly reliant on plants, and can easily be made entirely whole foods, plant based.
