- 2 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 Cup plant based yogurt or plant milk

- 1 C Plant yogurt
- 1 large Onion finely chopped (optional)
- 1 large Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Beans chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup Potato chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
Vegetables can be substituted and quantities changed based on availability/season
Serve with chopped cilantro. Enjoy with parathas, rotis, naan, tortillas, pita pockets etc!
