Start with this Upma mix

Upma mix
cracked wheat or cream of wheat or coarsely powdered millets or coarsely powdered brown rice or coarsely powdered quinoa
Finely diced ginger
Green chillies
Curry leaves
Chopped cilantro
While Steaming the mix
1
cup
plant based yogurt
Add grated vegetables or peas & carrots
Water
Adjust salt & other flavorings to taste
Make a batter of a bit thicker than pancake batter
Add 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
