Chia Seeds
Sweeteners: Fruit spread
no sugar added, Dates, Raisins, Figs, Maple Syrup
Berries for garnish

Instructions
Add Hemp Seeds and water into a high speed blender and make hemp milk.
Add some strawberries, cooked beets, and sweetener: sugar free strawberry or raspberry jam or maple syrup (1 teaspoon).
Blend again to showcase a pink color to the milk.
Add 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds to a small serving bowl.
Garnish with cut Strawberries and blueberries and slivered almonds.
